Ive only used once but its as easy as opening an umbrella. There are only 2 legs I had to manually unfold in the back. It took only seconds to open and then you have to put sand in the four bags on the outside. The opening is pretty wide; enough for two chairs. The time of day I went I had to sit pretty far back in the tent to avoid sun but its still good to shelter/hide your belongings and keep snacks out of direct sun. I have not encountered testing it in the rain but I can say I spilled a drink and it didn't soak through the bottom. The "window" shields are nice for privacy. Theres also a zipper in the front to close it if you have a sleeping child, need to change clothes or whatever. PACKING UP wasn't as quick but it was still doable for one person! Just DON'T forget to fold the legs. It feels like you're going to snap them but they're pretty sturdy. It's impossible to pack it up without any sand back in the bag but once you're all zipped up its back in the car pretty clean. Spend the money, its worth being comfortable when you're out at the beach. I felt like it was big/high so I stayed further back to not block anyones view of the ocean (more privacy anyway).This sun shelter is easy to set up. It take less than a minute to be fully upright before you put in the pegs. The pegs are sand pegs and are screwed into the sand, so it should be good and sturdy on a windy beach day.No more umbrella caught in the wind; This is the perfect for the beach. It provided protection for 3-4 adults. It is even large enough to put two folding chairs inside. It was easy to put up and take down but you need at least two people.Finally! This is my 5th try. Thank goodness for free returns. A couple came close but this is the one.I love it. I am planning to use for parks and beach. It is a perfect size. Can easily fit 2 adult seats. It is a bit billowy in the wind, has stakes and sand bags but no tie on. Beautiful color.The tent is very easy to transport setup, take down and put back in the carry bag, It is a bit smaller than I though it would be. Overall a good beach tent. I have not used this in anything more than a typical ocean breeze, so I cannot comment on how it will perform in windier conditions.I do not usually write reviews, but I am so excited about this pop up tent! I ordered another one as well that was not nearly as sturdy as this one. This one is nice and big and will provide the perfect amount of shade for my family! I love that it has a zipper so you can close the entire tent to where the kids can change when they are in it. Also, the carrying bag has a zipper so it is relatively easy to put it away compared to most of the others out there. I would highly recommend this!Good buy, did the job. Not too difficult to set up and pack up.Love this tent for the beachLarge enough for our low beach chairs with enough room for two of us with lots of room to spareLOVE the idea! Quality was nowhere near my expectations. Paid $128.00 (one of the more expensive ones) as better quality was suggested. Super easy up and down - under 5 mins. To down and packed. Problem is the extremely cheap fabric that has “thin spots” that show out as holes in many places and incredibly shoddy zipper that I don’t expect to stand the test of time. So bummed - I love the outdoors, but medication says I have to stay out of the sun and this was the perfect solution almost. Maybe I got a Lemmon - I will return and reorder and update on the second one.I used it many time through out the whole summer. The front sheet can be zipped up for privacy to change clothes. It's easy to open up, but I always have a little trouble when folding it back up. The bottom rods keeps getting locked.My family enjoyed well!
