First of all, I am a huge ECCO fan, have purchased at least 15 pairs over the last 10 years, from dress shoes, boots and sneakers. This is the only pair I have not liked. They are too narrow in the toe box and and in width. The shoe is so stiff and inflexible it's like picking bricks up when I'm walking. These are not at all like other ECCO sneakers so beware, unless you've worn this model before you might want to try them on in a store before purchasing.I wear Ecco sandals 365 days a year.for past 15 years. So, when it came time to by sneakers, thought I'd try Ecco. I am not disappointed. I did order one size larger than my sandals, just because my feet are wide and I'm glad I did. That would be my only caution ... if you usually order wide, order a size larger. Looks great ... feels great. Hopefully they will last as long as sandals.Normally wear a 38 in Ecco brand shoes. Ordered a 39, as I wanted to wear thicker athletic socks with these. Length was okay, but width was way too narrow. I also tried them on with thin socks for street shoes, but the shoes were still much too narrow. Too bad, as they are very cute and well-made. Glad I could return them with Amazon free returns.I love Ecco shoes, and for the past 15 years I've never bought any other brand. I recommend them to anyone. So imagine how disappointed I am to find that these shoes are the first uncomfortable Eccos I've ever had.The main problem is that they quite simply restrict the blood flow in my feet. I've tried everything - re-laced them, tie them very loosely, super-thin socks - nothing works. They are the right fit (same size as every other Ecco I've ever had), and they don't feel too small. They are also hard on the balls of my feet.I wear these shoes for walking about 3 times a week. After 3 months I'm giving up. :(Too soon to give a fair evaluation. I have plantar faciitis and still going through the trial stage to see how comfortable in the long run. However, I have tried many different brands and this show seems to be better than most. The fit is good.Great tennis shoe. I have a narrow heel and truly appreciate the fit of the Ecco shoe. It has excellent arch support and is light weight but maintains its good structure. Very pleased.I love this shoe. I do not love the Mauve-- it was more of a Grape color. Amazon is sold out of black... So I will be ordering this shoe from another webpage.This shoe hugs and supports the whole foot. I have narrow feet. I am always a 41 in Ecco, and a 9.5/10 in other brands. I felt like I could walk greater distances in this shoe.Too Narrow. I have Golf Shoes by Ecco and they fit fine - same size - Wanted these for walking and they were not comfortableI've been wearing this pair of shoes for over two years. The most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I firstly used it daily just when going outside the house but since they were so comfortable, decided to wear them at work too (I work in the kitchen at a restaurant). I have recently broke them (the fronts of these shoes). I would buy them again (the price has increased a lot during those two years!) if not one of the negative things of this pair of shoes... The white sole turned blu-ish very soon. At first I thought they were dirty and tried to clean them, but no. It got worse and worse. Would buy them again if not this change of color.Worn for the first time yesterday. The suede type fabric at the back of the heel rubbed a little when walking quickly for approx. 1.5 miles. I have noticed something similar with this type of material before. Not as comfortable, therefore, as previous Ecco shoes owned but will hopefully be temporary. In addition, one lace came undone during the walk and the material of those seems to lack grip. The footbed is good, as expected. Bought these shoes for a heavily reduced price so can't complain too much but would have been disappointed if I'd paid more.Was a bit disappointed as I have found these very solid to walk in , was looking for some bounce,therefore have only worn once an that time got blisters on both heels.Lovely shoes very comfortable and smart looking. Previous pair very long lasting.Great shoes just a pity they are very narrow made and had to return themIt’s probably because I’ve one foot wider than the other. Still looking for a good supporting shoe can anybody recommend any that are a wider fit please
